Sausage & Cream Cheese Dip!

So, If you know me personally you know that I love my cooking shows. I’m addicted to Hell’s Kitchen, Master Chef, The Taste and more! I’m a foodie  alright so I like to eat and sometimes I’m just greedy! One of my favorite things is different types of salsa and dips for chips why? I’m not sure, but I honestly love the diversity in it all. Everyone makes it differently and throws their on kick into it!

I was at an event and I was taking this awesome sauce dip and decided to pick out some of the ingredients and google it for a similar if not exact recipe.

What I found? Crockpot Cream Cheese and Sausage Dip! Let’s talk about it being heaven on your taste buds shall we?

It’s a simple recipe that I got from food.com (Thanks guys you’re awesome.)

The original recipe called for :

4- (8 ounce) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese

2 -(16 ounce) packages jimmy dean original breakfast sausage

1- (10 ounce) canoriginal Rotel tomatoes & chilies

1- (10 ounce) canhot Rotel tomatoes & chilies

tortilla chips

However, Since I was just making it for myself and the kids (hubs isn’t to adventurous to try new things.)

I changed the recipe up!

Instead I used two packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese and one package of Tennessee Pride (I liked the price better) and only one can of Rotel  Diced Tomatoes. I still made a large amount, but it will be apart of our snack for the next couple days…If I don’t decide to binge eat it!

What are some of your favorite salsa’s, dips and recipes? I hope you slightly enjoy this and if not I apologize for wasting your time!

Kid tested. Mommy approved!
